New Vegas Crashing on Exterior Cells

Title pretty much sums up my problem. I can play fine while in interior cells, but for some reason most of the time when I get into an exterior cell, the game crashes :/! What I am wondering is, could Sexout be the reason as to why these crashes are occurring? 

 

I mean, aside from sexout plugins I don't have that many mods installed save for a few clothing mods and the bounties.

A bit of a wild guess based on the files my useless psychic powers see on your computer after cracking your cheesy password from the otherside of the planet, move SexoutPonyGirl.esp up to 24 in your load order and delete SexoutSchoolSlutsFuckingYourRodTillLimp.esp, then go into the MCM settings of SexoutsBigSlaveryDildos.esp and set the weather to fine, and flush your house toilet twice during the next full moon. And then reinstall ShowUsYourLoadOrder.esp at the bottom
