Depends on what option is more preferable for you. Default body will be shown in CAS by default, that is the main difference. It makes sense to use a default version for the body you would like to be the "main" one for your sims.

hi wildguy i want to know a thing i hope you can solve my doubt im kinda new on this....  i have a skin default.... from a creator lamatisse, so i can't use the defaults of cmar right? so if i need a nude top because cas doesn't provide it (ww installed) i can't get it from cmar? actually im using only the top femalefrom.... better body ofc i want to remplace them with this one

The skin is a texture and this body is a mesh (3D model) to which that texture is applied, these are different things, so you can use them both in the default version if you want.

Oh right i didn't know it..... im glad to know it now, thank you so much for awnser my question :) finnally i can remplace that top from bb and use cmar instead.

@homeslicekills this is not a problem of this mod. To check this yoг can try with WW and Old Good Bodies only? but make sure you have the last one in the subfolder which name is alphabetically higher than WW subfolder, "Anatomy" for example.

I saw such issues reported by users, can't say, but this is something different, not related to this mod.
