 Trying to test out Vault 19. I got the quest from the ZAZ Workshop, and the quest marker points me to the middle of the cafeteria and is of no further use. I managed to find the door leading to the dungeon, but the door was locked and I unlocked it with a console command. Inside I found Epstein but had no way of talking to him, so I just loaded a previous save and continued to look around. What am I supposed to do to get Epstein to interact with my PC? Note: I have not completed "Why Can't We Be Friends"

 The Tryout Powderganger mod is currently broken regarding the Vault 19 episode; it's

supposed to be fixed sometime in the future. You would normally visit the ZAZ vendor

in Westside to start the quest if things were working normally.
