Volume Controls for NAC X

Sound volume sliders or controls of some sort would be nice for NAC X,

as the rain seems rather silent and the thunder very loud in comparison (at least in my game).

This might be because of other mods I have installed that influence how sound travels through space.

Regardless of that, it might be useful to adjust the volume of wind, rain and thunder.

Or maybe I am just completely wrong in seeing the fault in NAC X.
