Armor piece / accessory / clothing not showing up in outfit studio

for skyrim LE

 

However I noticed that this doesn't have the veil built in bodyslide so I can't edit it, does anyone know how to fix it?

There are no sliders for the head so including the veil in bodyslide would be pointless.

how do i add the veil into bodyslide anyways to edit it to better cover face

Create an outfitstudio project and import the veil as an outfit. But again, this isn't going to help it fit the face, as neither BHUNP nor CBBE has sliders for the head or face. You can manually fit it to the face in outfitstudio and export the nif, but adding it to bodyslide is pointless.

You could add some transform (move up move, move down) sliders in Outfit Studio.
