Have you seen this X? Recognize this mod?

I'll get straight to it, I wanna know about the hair used in the following pictures as well as the skin-texture. They seem to be pretty close to S*ms related mods or some sort of "edit" to them, if you recognize anything or from what game it was taken, I'd like to know. I've tried to look into it for a few days yet am unable to find anything other than this being one of those private mods used in blogs that never seemed to get shared.
Picture should be from the 2013 if that helps you, thanks in advance.

This is probably something from Beautiful People 2ch or one of its variants

Or, you should ask Japanese fans on Twitter, I saw exactly such characters there. They are still active today.

The character is part of the x117 races, with obvious custom textures and hair that arent part of the original BP2ch or any of the plus variants. I'll try checking twitter but I know for a fact they don't always share their private edits

EDIT: just realized your link wasn't loading on my browser which is why I wasnt getting any result. Now that it does, I will check then confirm if that's the one
EDIT2: I just checked and none of the hairstyles were present in EGO CAE v2

So after a few days of research, I found out that Hepsy did create a series of hairstyles but neither his blog or nexus account showed him making use of the OP's assets. If anything he focused more on his own projects, own races and other mods.
However, it did lead me to a series of blogs with japanese modders commenting on each other and showing off mods, 2 of them made use of the same assets around the same time. I am currently trying to contact one of them
