Any suggestions for setting up sexytime mods?

Hey there fellow LL'ers!  I am so new to this, as some of you already know, so please bare with me

 

I am trying to work out some sexytime mods. 

 

What mod would you most suggest for adult animation? 

 

I have FNIS installed and am sure I need SOS. 

Will the lite version of SOS work or do I need the full package? 

Also, will it cause crazy fps drop? 

 

Oh, btw, My rig is a delicate old woman and cant handle too much. 

Any advice is really appreciated!
