was trying to find this one myself and guess no one makes it. cause when I tried to ask SM-SIMS from Tumblr that she just blow me off. for no reason. or I would have told her thank you for making this with camel toe.

There are a number of clothing items (mods) that could be used to do something like that. Maybe not in the same colors, or with a camel toe, but it could be done. That probably why the other guy was "blown off", because this sort of thing has already been done many times over.

 

It looks like yoga clothes. Searching for that might get you what you're looking for.
