Sims female and male have bug on penis

Hi , I'm having issues when my sims appear have bug on penis structure . Can anyone help me on this? Did you guys have same problem?

Go CAS and change color in Tattoo section ^^

Hi Angelus75, its not helping , in CAS still appear the same for female sims. Can explain further detail?
