Need Technical Support for Technical Support

I am having a starfield issue which I wanted to ask about here.

 

Unfortunately, it seems I do not have permission to post in the https://www.loverslab.com/forum/568-starfield-technical-support/  forum -- there's no "Start New Topic" button, and if I try to visit https://www.loverslab.com/forum/568-starfield-technical-support/?do=add I am informed that I do not have permission for that.

Edit: I created a new topic there. (Now I guess I need to wait for someone else with insight. Or, I need to generate my own insight...

 

(And I hope "works for me" here means also "works for other people.)
