any good trans sims?

i am starting a new game because i got a new pc after mine broke. which means i'm starting from scratch. 

i had a family i liked playing as and they had 2 kids that were trans. a boy (ftm) and a girl (mtf).

i am sadly garbage at making decent sims so i was hoping someone has some good sims i could possibly download?
