I was going to post the link to this Patreon here but the creator beat me to it, lol.  I am here to testify that the mods do work ingame, he/she has 7 vanilla Diva's (with more on the way) you can make nude and also the mods give you the ability to make any CAS characters nude (with hairy and not hairy download options).  They work and are more than worth the money to subscribe to the Patreon (look, it is not expensive).  Plus, there are a plethora of other mods for games such as Fallout 4, GTA V, Sims 4....  Support this Patreon because somehow they cracked the "nude" code on 2K23 and it looks great!

it does work.. i got it working.. set your game to offline mode and then run only the mod exe

do not run the game exe
