EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION error

Hi, im getting this weird error in any crash log. Usually it happens when walking in open world areas. I experience a lot of fps drops (from 60/50 to 25) and after 2-3 min the game crashes. It also happens when fast travelling. I cant figure out what's causing this, any help is appreciated.  https://pastebin.com/N4bHmmx4

FPS drops could be anything so I'm not going to focus on that. Like for instance, that could be because you appear to be gaming on a system with 6 GiB of RAM. Someone is no doubt going to shout at you for that. If you know what you're doing you'll be fine, but yeah, sliiiiightly pushing it there.

As for the crash; Its quite interesting that it crashed on a call instruction. If I had to guess, I'd say rax is supposed to contain a class pointer, but that pointer was null or otherwise invalid. I would start by finding the base form for 0xFF00119C, and inspect/remove or regenerate the related facegen mesh. Also inspect all related records for changes by other mods. Keep an eye out for out-of-place null values.

Ty for reply. I dont really have heavy graphics mods and most of textures are 1/2k . About CTDs that form should refer to an npc ? Because rencently i installed some npc replacers maybe thy're the issue.

EDIT: I fast travelled to another location and after loading and walking for 2 min it crashed again  https://pastebin.com/pDnUixWu.

I noticed in LOOT ELFX has 2 records broken. i ran sseditquickautoclean but the plugin was still marked in red, idk if this means anything

This function is for removing records that are exact duplicates of masters and as such are redundant. That's why it's called "clean". It doesn't repair anything.
