No amimations work at all

I've had this same issue but I'm not going to reinstall the whole of skyrim for the 10th time.

 

My issue is that the sexlab anims don't work with SD installed. I don't even have SD running (via MCM). But if I remove SD then the sexlab anims work, but I can't save. I get an instant CTD.

 

I try the quicksave, console save, or menu save and I get a CTD if I do not have SD in my game.

 

I've tried to clean it (amateurish and clumsily with Wrye Bash) by disabling SD within the save file. 

 

Sexlab worked great for a long time until I tried the ejaculation mod. It didn't work out right I uninstalled that but things seemed to break after that.

 

I have not been able to make SD work properly in months because the SD artifact would unequip my body armor. I posted the problem in the SD thread but I got ignored the mass of posts.

 

So? I can have the sexlab anims run but I can't save. Or I can have SD installed (but NOT running) and have no fun animations but still play my game. The sexlab anims wont even play within the creation kit's character preview!

 

I'm not going to go into the long detailed of why I won't install a fresh Skyrim and rebuild my mods list, I've done it too many times this year and will not repeat it. I've got a lvl 87 character I enjoy playing but not as much as I did a month ago.

 

But a curious thing has developed where lots of actions are delayed, sometimes by minutes. Soul traps and quest completion notifications take a LONG time now, and it's been this way since I was lvl 80.
