Anyone planning to create mods for Life by You?

Life by You is looking promising, and at this point in time more interesting than Sims 5. Any mod creators planning on jumping on board when it launches?

I am hoping there is a lot of mod support but doubt we see anything until the game goes into early access in March 2024.

They said they want to make it as mod-friendly and open as possible. Their intention is to overtake the Sims market. At least for now, they are super communicative and love to explain how their system works. Hopefully it gets modders and CC creators excited. They said they're going to take another pass at improving the graphics.

I know that creators of Life By You, PDX, supports modders and its communities quite early on. But I also know that their game post launch and soon after are hella buggy and bare. What I'm more concerned about are whether or not this game can land on its feet. PDX can have very deep and complex mechanics for its games, but it takes a couples of years for the game to reach what the devs desire. As long as fanbase is loyal and wants more from the game, I don't see PDX dropping its support anytime soon.

Yes. I pre-orded. Then Epic gave my money back because it was vapor ware. Maybe next year, huh?

Sounds like they have making mods built in. That and the assets are what I wanted. Lets see if they deliver.
