Male frame dresses?

I’m in need of some dresses that work for masculine framed sims. There are a few I’ve found, but i’m looking specifically for more lolita-style dresses (as in the japanese fashion style, not anything weird) or at the very least a tutorial on how to edit female meshes for male sims. The most i currently know how to do is edit flags in s4studio, but that doesn’t really work for clothes since it distorts the male sim’s neck and makes it look weird. 
 

Also if anyone is willing to edit the meshes for me, i do have a few in mind but i don’t know how labor-intensive that kind of fix would be.
