SCP - 442: Shadow Woman.

Hi SCP Fans!

 

This is SCP 442. She manifests when a great tragedy occurs.

 

In other words..

 

She appears when great bodily harm has been inflicted upon a mass population, whether it be natural disasters, or man-made.

 

Her body resembles that of a dark shadow with a mask. However, the more likely culprit for this entity's existence, is none other than dark matter. An extremely high concentration of neutrinos have been discovered from within SCP 442. SCP 442 has been difficult to contain so far, however, the SCP Foundation finally put their foot down, when they found a way to use latest neutrino detection technology as a weapon against SCP 442, at least for a little while.

 

Since SCP 442's body consists entirely out of a substance that attracts no light, it appears not as a mist, but a dark shadow in three dimensional form. Appearing to be very stable in form, SCP 442 was finally put into containment on July 17th, 2023. Every so often, however, a great tragedy occurs somewhere in the world, which sadly occurs more often than you may believe. However, with the help of the science division at the SCP Foundation, re-containment doesn't appear to be an issue, as SCP 442 seems rather compliant, though mischievous and at times, bloodthirsty.

Sorry to say, but a lot of SCP's overlap with their numbers, so. . .

My apologies, but those overlaps are usually -j classifications or otherwise, but if there is a real overlap, that's negligence on the writer's part.
