As for the alcohol mod, Kinky World has alcoholic beverages worked into it...but yes, it would be great if there was a separate mod for it.

Mod creator ani_ has the "Sim Drinks" mod available from the NRaas site. It allows kegs, bar drinks, and nectar to make sims get drunk.
