Introduction

First of all sorry for my English.

This mod is part of the end of a few years compilation process until becomes probably the biggest music mod for Oblivion. Each composition you can find is this mod had been selected, hand edited (deleted and reconstructed peacefull parts for compositions that fit with Battle themes for a continue tension ambient, added twice crescendos with amplification for epic themes, etc etc), organized and made compatible with the amazing mod BetterMusicSystem by side777 to offer an unique sound experience, immersive and varied that stays fresh and keeps surprising the player even in the longest gameplays.

Mod Description

Conflicts, Incompatibilities and Issues.

If you have already included music in Oblivion, you need to delete all the tags (additional info inside MP3 files) in order to make it compatible with BetterMusicSystem and be reproduced along the music of this mod.

The best way to do it is using MP3Tag that can delete the tags for all the MP3 files inside the same folder with one click, so your music will be compatible easy in just minutes:

Legal Disclaimer:

The "Fair Use" Provisions outlined in Title 17, Chapter 01 Article 107 of the US Copyright Law states the following:

Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 106 and 106A, the fair use of a copyrighted work, including such use by reproduction in copies or phonorecords or by any other means specified by that section, for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use), scholarship, or research, is not an infringement of copyright. In determining whether the use made of a work in any particular case is a fair use the factors to be considered shall include:

(1) the purpouse and character of the use, including whether such use is of a commercial nature or is for non-profit leisure or educational purposes;
(2) the nature of the copyrighted work;
(3) the amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation to the copyrighted work as a whole; and
(4) the effect of the use upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work.

This mod is covered by the mentioned before under the circumstances of being a personal learning process (like it is learning to use sound editing programs) and of leisure (like it is making a mod for a game that its creators made intentionally possible to add MP3 music files to it). Also the things already exposed, this mod is absolutely a non-commercial project and does not include compositions made for being consumed by the general public (music mainly for trailers and promotions that have professional studio producters as customers/buyers) and in no time is made in order to harm or affect negatively the image of the artists included, keeping under their judgement the right to correct, limit and/or delete the content of which they are authors.

For all the things mentioned before: this mod is not a violation of the copyrighted law.
