It's not written by the official wizard of the coast so the text are editor free and very carelessly American. Yes, there are powerword: manstrubation. and Bigby rubbing fingers and Bigby fisting hand.

Dragon shifting from human to dragon during mid-coitus) ... it got real fun during my IRC chat RP days when I typed out full descripts of what was happening LMAO.

The only thing they forgot to write the detail of deity progeny like bhaalspawns. (How bhaal avatar spread his essense to his faithful of all race and creature in faerun during the times of trouble, for example.)
