No idea what files you have in the folders with generic names, but here is a thread:

 

First of all I see you have Sims4CommunityLibrary and mods by ColonolNutty. Remove all of them and test again, as they conflict with WW (tl;dr there was legal and moral case between Turbo and Colonol, so now WW will bug out if DD and S4CL is detected).
