Crashing outside of Solitude

I'm not sure what could be causing this crashing, but it only occurs outside of solitude, so i can go inside using the alternate start mod and be perfectly fine, but the moment i get near the watch towers near the farm when exitied it crashes, if i start off at the docks it crashes as well, and if i come in froim the other side from dragon's bridge it crashes shorty after i can start seeing the watch towers at the bottom of the hill near the farm

heres my load order just incase, I think i also have a crash logger thing for this game but i cant remember where that would be located

If its the facegen mesh, how would i end up fixing that? either way im going to try removing fishing in skyrim and seeing if that does anything. And yes 6d does belong to fishing in skyrim

Easiest "fix" for facegen mesh issues is to just move (rename, delete) the facegen mesh. If the issue goes away (disregard the black/blue face or missing head), decide what to do with it:

1. Rebuild in the CK.
2. Open in NifSkope for an analysis.
3. Replace with another mesh from elsewhere.
