Which is better, Skyrim OG or SE for Devious Device playthrough?

I'm aware that chains are broken in skyrim SE, but other than that which is better in term of stability? Skyrim SE is a 64 bit application so it's able to use more ram compared to the original, but then real performance may be different considering many unknown variables under the hood. Which skyrim would you recommend for a devious device playthrough? I probably won't be downloading many vanilla mods, just some texture and landscape.

Personally i use SE because in my Case the LE version always completly freezes my game then i use DD so i use SE yes chains are broken but if i need to choose between broken chains and a Game that cpmpletly freezes my PC i go with SE

I see, are there any other advantage on using LE instead of SE or AE beside the chains lol

SE more stable than LE and the modding Site of things is way better  as fór AE i don"t know i don"t play AE

because of the age there are a decent chunk more options on le if your willing to dig, but it is less stable. so pick your poison if you look and find an older mod that you really want to you
