Sadly the game engine sucker. Remember that the fuckers at EA wanted this game to be a low poly mobile game with everything a fucking microtransaction. So, forget about complex thing like realtime physics like fluids interacting with your sims bodies or even hair and clothes not clipping through objects. So, get that thing and hope the animations you have make use of it. But be aware, the result is not appealing for everyones taste, as the cum is basically solid white with any kind of texture because the texture would simplily deform together with mesh too much to look good.
