Hey quick question about the nipple piercings for Claudia. Its my understanding that the Simdulgence piercings have been broken for a while. Are the ones that are used with Claudia from an older version? I seem to recall something about that when discussing the Shared CC folder so if it is I can just go snag it from that.

As far as I know they have not been updated, but when you say "broken" are you getting LE's errors or are they just not working?

 

Cause they work just fine in my game.  download "Body Parts" on my download page should be 3 files. Sometimes they don't show up right away but if you change/play around the breast to another mesh in Wicked Whim body selection menu and then change back to the simdulgence ones they show up...  Or remove them and then re add them works too. as shown in the video below

By broken I mean that they are not appearing on a Sim that is wearing them. I've tried doing both techniques of resetting them both by changing the breast shape and by removing them once added. I re-downloaded the Body CC folder and copied them over to my CC folder and noticed that the piercings you had were newer than mine.

Still encountered the same issue. I do have the "simdulgence_SimpleBreasts_AddonNoDefault", simdulgence_SimpleBreasts_AddonNoTexture", "simdulgence_SimpleBreasts_Exclusives", and the SimpleBreasts for Male files. They're older than the other files I downloaded from you, so I'll try removing those and updating this post once tested.

 

Edit: No luck unfortunately. I'll do a quick further test to see if I have anything that may be conflicting (e.g. duplicate Simdulgence file somewhere, sliders not playing nice, etc) and remove everything but the bare essentials for a test run.

I bring you a massive update with 3 families, these are probably my oldest sims I've made that have gone thru so many updates is not even funny..

 

Flores family

 

The Flores originally from Newcrest moved to San Sequoia due to their oldest child getting involved in some minor illegal activities. They bought a house next to their longtime friends the Alvarado family.

 

Elias Flores

Age: 49

Height: 5'9

Occupation: Spring Cup Series Veteran

 

Elias, is somewhat of a celebrity; he’s been a stock car racer for many years. Contemplating on retiring soon. 

 

Carmen Flores

Age: 47

Height: 5'2

Occupation: Law Legal Eagle

 

A successful Lawyer, one Step away from becoming a partner at her firm now.

 

 

Joey Flores

Age: 22

Height: 5'11

Occupation: Auto Interior Decorator

 

"Mr Steal your girl". Joey is a charismatic, chilled guy who gets along with everyone. 

 

As child going into his teens Joey looked up to his older cousin Lester Jr. They were inseparable talking and hooking up with girls is what they enjoyed doing the most. Then things changed when LJ started to hang out with an unknown Gang. Once he became an official member LJ changed for the worst, and tried convincing Joey to join. His parents got wind of this information, to separate the dual they decided it was best to move from Newcrest.

 

Once in San Sequoia, the move was not a total success as they still hung out doing illegal activities. After graduating High School. Joey stayed at the dorms at the University of Britechester He was going to school to become an engineer Lester would visit his dorm and they would party all the time. Lester thought it was a good idea to sell drugs out of Joey's dorm room. Joey wanted no part of it and expressed it to Lester not to, of course he did anyway behind his back. One night at a party, police busted in and arrested both Joey and Lester for possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell. Even though Joey was clean, but without repercussions, as he allowed his cousin to visit was kicked out of school.

 

After being kicked out of school, Joey felt betrayed that Lester would do this to him ruining his future but also furious with himself for not listening to everyone telling him how Lester only cares for himself. So from there Joey cut him out of his life. After some time got a job as a auto interior designer at his dad's shop.

 

Vanessa Alvarado and Joey Have known each other since they were kids/teens, and always had a crush on one another but due to Vanessa's strict parents Joey stayed away. Now that they are adults the feelings are still there but are complicated due to Joey's womanizing ways. They do fool around all the time, No sex. Truth is Joey deeply cares for her but deep down he knows he's not good enough for her and can't bring himself to let her go.

Vanessa has been in love with Joey since they were teenagers, to this day they still fool around but nothing beyond that. Occupation: stay at home

 

Is an unhappily married stay at home mother. Despite her interest and activity with other men, she remains married for stability. She loves all of her children and even defends her sons despite their legal run ins.

 

She was full of life and wanted to become successful like her sister, but she fell in love with a man named Lester while attending college. She got pregnant at a young age so they felt it was best to get married. Pausing her life to do everything she ever wanted by taking care of her kids in turn made her very unhappy. She loves her kids, but not at all feeling any kind of connection to her husband anymore

 

Lester Jr (LJ)

Age: 24

Height: 6'0

Occupation: Tough Guy

 

One person you don’t want to mess with. He’s always in and out prison and a member of the 15th Street Gang. He has two daughters by two different women which he denies are his. “Selfish” is one word to describe LJ as he only cares for himself.

 

In his younger days, Lester showed promise of being good, but due to the neglect of his busy parents mostly his father things took a turn for the worst when he started hanging out with the 15th street members. His younger brother Marcelo looks up to Lester and would do anything for him even illegal activities. LJ was in a relationship with both Vera Gonzales and another woman before going to prison on drug charges, while away Vera gave birth to his daughter Izabella(Izzy) who he denies and wants nothing to do with either of them. Lester got a notice, finding out that he also got the other woman pregnant as well before going in, and has a second daughter by the name of Kailee.

It only works if you have “For Rent” expansion pack.  If not the lot will be useless to you.

Just in case it needs to be said. For those who are having difficulty "moving" into the lot, even if you have the For Rent Expansion. A known issue is if you have Ksuihuh's Venue List in your Mod Folders, you will not be able to access Residential Rental options in Build/Buy Mode. Remove said Venue List as Ksuihuh's Mods are Broken and the repairs have been held off indefinitely. Otherwise, you should be able to change the Lot Type as normal by changing the Lot Type from ,for example; Residential to Residential Rental in Build/Buy Mode.
