How do you keep Accesories when using WickedWhims?

In the Sims 4 game, how do you keep accessories on sim when using wickedwhims mod (IE Sex).

The accessories just disappear and I wanna keep them. Is their any optional settings that can help me via wickedwhims to do this or do I need a mod? Please help.

With Wicked Whims, everything disappears intentionally. This is by design

 

Based on these screenshots, everything except the head bending over awkward in the middle screenshot appears normal

That can be tweaked between Undressing Options, Sex Outfit Settings and Playable Sims/NPC sims Undressing Behavior.
