Buffout crash error message

So Get this message when I get near sanctuary, it probably has something to do with sim settlements 2 I still need to check but has anyone ever seen this message before? ALSO it happened when it tried to change the barrel color of an outfit for this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/68662?tab=images&BH=0

You can run the DDS Texture Scanner on Nexus. Though you need to know what you are looking for. The new buffout version log I think can list the texture or the material causing the crash not sure how hit or miss it is.

Ok so new buffout gave me this message and on further searching points to the zazout4 file.

 

C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Local\ModOrganizer\Fallout 4\mods\ZaZOut4\Textures\Shared\Cubemaps

 

edit: doesn't happen all the time.
