How does one remove the never-nude underwear?

If you already have all the other gals nude, the reason this one isn't nude is because the author of the mod gave her a custom body. To make her nude as well just copy the body textures from where the existing nude body mod has it over the body textures for this character.

 

If that doesn't make sense to you then examine the "data" folder for your Skyrim install and look under the "textures" subfolder to see where femalebody_0.dds and femalebody_1.dds are located (mine are at ~data\UNP Replacer Configuration Package 1dot9dot7\textures\actors\character\female).

 

If you don't have all the gals except her nude yet then first you need to install a body replacer like this one: (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/20884/? -- don't pick a bikini in this or you'll just get a new never nude body) for the women and Schlongs Of Skyrim for the guys.
