Need help with DD plugs becoming hidden during Scenes.

Good Afternoon,

I'm having a big issue with plugs that I can not seem to solve.
Whenever a SL Scene is triggered, the (butt)plug becomes hidden which results in conflict with Devious Followers Plug deal.

Earlier this year I tried to fix it by disabling mods to find the culprit and it started working after disabling "Devious Devices Equip". Not long after, I noticed that it started reoccurring again. So once again I disabled mods to find the cause of the problem. This time it was solved after disabling 'Thief - Quest'.

Unfortunately, it started happening again...
So do I again go through all mods and find the one to disable, or is something else going on (because it's the 3rd time it happened)? 
I need some idea's, because I don't know what to do anymore.

"Device Hider" within DD MCM is disabled and SL doesn't have any Plug slot marked as 'strip'.

p.s. could it be that my playthrough is too long (1750 saves) causing weird issues to occur?

A couple things

• DD will remove plugs if it can't find any suitable animations for a sex scene. So if you are gagged with all holes plugged one of them will be removed.
• You can set certain slots to not be stripped by sexlab. Remember that there are separate settings for normal, foreplay, and aggressive animations. DD uses slot 48 for anal plugs and 54 (and maybe 57?) for vaginal plugs.
• You can manually add items to a no strip list from the sexlab MCM under the strip item editor tab, or add the SexlabNoStrip keyword to these items in the esp. 

Keep in mind this only stops sexlab itself from stripping the plugs, some other mod may be the culprit.

Yeah, I already had messed around with SL strip settings. The slots for plugs aren't set to be stripped during animation scenes, and plugs don't show up under "Strip Item Editor" either - probably because the plugs already come with the required Keyword. 

Weirdly, the Anal Plug always gets stripped even if the body part isn't required for the scene (I use the "animation Filter" within SL). 

Anyhow, hope to solve this reoccurring problem because it interferes with DFC. May just go through all mods again and disable another mod when it starts working again.

I had this issue and it turned out being DD itself, I made a quick fix for it.

I also disabled the hiding of the plugs and the belts and you should know that I also completely disabled the animation swapping that DD does, if you still want it tell me and I'll provide you a version that has the animation swapping. (I only disabled the last part where the animations get swapped, most of the code is still running, it just won't swap at the end. It's not optimal but I didn't want to spend more time on this.)

 

Also I didn't do extensive testing so if you come with an issue that seems to be caused by this fix, let me know and I'll look into it.

 

Edit : This is for SE btw. It should work with LE too but sometimes people decide to name stuff differently in le/se for some reason but i haven't seen that too often and I don't think DD or it's dependencies do that. I could be wrong though.

 

Edit 2: I also forgot to say that this is made for DD version 5.2
