Is there a way to get Lovers and Oblivion Reloaded Lite to play nice?

I found a guide here to get Oblivion Reloaded and Lovers working together, but the Lite version lacks a lot of those options in the guide. I can get rid of it if I absolutely have to, but I'd rather keep it around. Together they has the "can't interact with anything after sex" bug,

I don't use OR at all. But it was often OR that caused the errors when other people had problems with Lovers.

If no OR user posts a good solution I would get rid of OR.

I think that's what I'll have to do for now, I use Mod Organizer 2 so removing OR and adding it again later if someone knows a fix is pretty much risk free since it won't replace any actual shaders and it doesn't even use a plugin file.
