Yes, the ability to see the other characters has been removed. Because of some rights issue there XD.

you need to rename the folder where you put your mods. put a "~" before. change it to "~mods"

Nobody will tell you how but some modders already confirmed that it is possible. So if you learn how to mod the game I'm sure swapping some models arount wouldn't be too difficult.

i saw someone saying that some previous outfits were cusing troubles with some laws in asia, so they will modify them. maybe you will only be able to buy the new versions so, they took them from us 😞

the files are still in the game like i said.
"Localization = 1" fix/backdoor to make the game load the uncensored version of the outfits(skins)
lets call it "File A"
"Localization = 0" the game will load the censored version of the outfits
the censored and uncensored outfits are different files. so its "File B"

I think it's simply that they want to limit who can see the girls and their skins only to fans that want this stuff and are willing to pay or earn them. There's less chance that bad actors can come in with a new account and snitch everything in the game to the CCP. Keep all the good stuff away from the eyes of tourists.

That's an interesting thought about snitching. Otherwise, though, it seems weird, because you can't play with those skins without buying them, so I would expect it to work in their favor to give you a tease.
