catdat "I have a Mods folder for both WW and DD (no, I don't have them both active at the same time) and I tested both - both are spitting out exceptions. The only mods that are in both folders are the "no mosaic" and "no fire" ts4 scripts and they are not the cause so it's the SIM 4 App Update. 

 

Interesting thing:  if you exit to "manage worlds" and then return after the sex animation in WW your Sim/Sims will reappear. playable but annoying."

 

Someone posted temporary solution
