The closest thing that I know of besides cum overlay mod leaving cum in the general vicinity is dripping when aroused, despite the name it covers a couple other things too, including cum dripping, its animated and it happens conditionally after sex, like obviously needed one of the partners needed to be male. Sadly no creampie mod that I know of, even though its technically possible, if you find resources for it you could cook up something with SL triggers yourself.
