Clothing and arousal based comments (mod request / idea)

I'm looking for a mod to add clothing and arousal comments. Ideally the mod would track gender, arousal and clothing and make different comments depending on your gender, arousal, and clothing worn.

 

I'm guessing gender and arousal would be easy to track. Clothing is harder... You can use the keywords that a few mods (e.g. Devious devices) add but for the most part the keywords aren't hugely helpful. What I was hoping for was a mod that would make some smart guesses based on outfit names and body parts.

 

Some examples,

body part 37 + outfit name contains "heels" => "nice heels"

outfit name contains "bikini" + arousal<40 => "nice bikini"

outfit name contains "bikini" + arousal>40 => "how much to see your tits?"

arousal>90 => "you're looking hot" or "bend over and I'll give you a good fucking"

body part 32 + outfit name contain "skimpy" => "nice outfit"

body part 32 + outfit name contains "sexy" => "smoking outfit"

Clearly you could generate some great comments based on devious devices and zaz.

 

Ideally the mod would read a config file and allow people to create their own comments based on different conditions. I'm thinking something similar to DAR in terms of the conditions.

 

Closest I've seen is SexistGuards but I was hoping for something more flexible.

Assuming you are talking about Skyrim, I'm not sure if there's currently a way to dynamically change dialogue topics. Easy enough with notifications, but not with dialogues. This would require some serious wizardry! You can set all kinds of conditions and alternate dialogue topics based on these, but to actually change the text/voice based on a config file, no. The rest is perfectly doable, though.
