No idea what NATKSS is but if you want something from the workshop, grab it with a tool like this. Free bonus is that you won't have to worry about Steam auto-updating the mod for you, breaking your setup.

I look at it, it seems complicated.
It takes a lot of manip and software.
That’s what NATKSS is https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=560828996

No extra software or manipulation needed:

  1. Windows + R
  2. steam://open/console
  3. workshop_download_item 72850 560828996
  4. Find the downloaded mod files in your game repository at SteamApps\workshop\content\72850\560828996.
  5. Zip them up and install like any other mod using a mod manager.

Edit: After this you may want to make sure you didn't get subscribed to the item, and delete the downloaded files. Its possible you'll have it installed twice otherwise. I don't know how the workshop works when it comes to Skyrim; seems like a bad idea to mix these 2 worlds.

I tried and I couldn’t.
The download does not seem to want to happen and with Steamcmd, it fails. Ca says Error.
Is it because the mod is for normal Skyrim and not SSE?

steam://open/console is not SteamCMD. Regardless, I'll send you a private message with a link to my server, you can grab it from there.
