Arigato
First off, if this is the wrong forum, my apologies, i tried to find a 'request' one, and the closest was technical help ~.~; Anyways, I'm wanting to get my NPC (for men and mer) looking better. Currently they look ...slightly better than vanilla, but some are still in general, blocky, ugly, low texture, etc, despite me having layered a few 'face improvement mods such as Coverwomen, No more blocky faces, Eyes of beauty, and final younger characters. My PC can handle any amount of HD texture or combo. I'm wanting them to be on par with this: I don't care what ENB/HD, face mods etc I need (And i realize the characters in this are probably Player Characters) But I've seen entire towns with faces like/close to this quality But I've never been able to find a combo that works. So I am asking for the help of people who know better than me. Link to comment
Thulas
http://www.loverslab.com/topic/8169-beautiful-women-and-how-to-make-them/?hl=how I guess that should help. Link to comment

cornbreadtm
Looks like a combo of: Pretty Face : http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/7887/? and CBBE-CHSBHC-UNP-ADEC-Human Argonian Khajiit Texture-4096 : http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/4686/? Don't need the pretty face meshes if you have the Race Menu Extension and are artistically talented. Link to comment
dobmc
You mean your literal face or your Dragonborn's face? Hehe late joke. But wow, it looks exactly like the characters by the author of Girls of Skyrim. I mean here, look at this saved image I took from the author. Talent my ass, there are enough saves lying around in the modding community especially with the recent ECE updates(face slot save function). I've seen loads of images here and on the nexus that resemble over 90% of the references. So don't worry unless you want to be unique. Link to comment
Girl
ENB has a lot to do with appearance of characters. If you took that same image and it was instead captured in stock Skyrim, it would not look at as good. As dob said, that character is also largely made up of one of the Girls of Skyrim presets. Making a good character is something that takes time, like anything (if doing it from scratch). You could always use the presets out there to save time, but your character will likely resemble a lot of other characters. I would recommend reading this. Link to comment
