Need help getting it to work!

Recommended Posts

Hi guys, I need help getting SexLabMatchMaker to work!

I followed all the steps in http://www.loverslab.com/topic/19343-guidewip-how-to-install-fnis-sexlab-and-sexlab-mods/.

I've used BOSS to correct my load order.

However... when I use the two spells on my char and an NPC, I get no audio, neither character disrobes, the animation plays but it is endless... I can't stop it, they just.... sorta hump each other fully clothed and soundlessly for eternity until of course I quit the game.

I've tried searching for an answer in here but I'm really stuck. :(

All of these issues seem to indicate an SKSE issue.  Do you have SKSE installed ( http://skse.silverlock.org ) AND is SKSE installed in the correct place (main files in the skyrim folder - NOT data folder, and the scripts in the data/scripts folder) AND are you launching the game through the SKSE loader, or are you launching through steam?  You must launch through SKSE for the sexlab mods to work properly.  I'd start there - redownload SKSE latest version and install it again.

Hi Srayesmanll, thank you for taking the time to answer my post. However, I was already using SKSE. I did as you suggested and redownloaded it and reinstalled it, but this did not fix my issue. As far as I can see I have followed all the suggested steps for installing sexlab and sexlab mods but somewhere along the way I've either omitted to do something or something conflicts and it is not working for me. :(

Are you using the fly cam from console? If so, don't.

It can break animations in Skyrim since animation & results are linked. e.g. trigger the attack animation on the player standing in front of another NPC and it's just the same as if you hit the attack button.

The fly cam changes the player's interaction with the world somehow and it can break animation action => result resulting in weirdness.
