I cannot place body tattoos or captive tattoos on looks menu

I really don't know what happened since I modded the game again, it didn't take me the captive tattoos, or any other that is in this overlay section. does anyone know how to fix it?

In my experience that usually means the installation didn't complete correctly. There are supposed to be some files in the F4SE directory which, on a bad installation, don't make it into your game.

 

I'd suggest first simply trying to reinstall the tattoo mods, and if that fails, proof read the archive and compare the contents to what got installed in your game to see what's missing.
