Is Bannerlord Modding Ever Going To Be More Than Texts and Pics?

I'm not finding much else other than text based and random images of random people to 'symbolize' your characters. We had Hot Butter which was just the riding animations and camera angle tricks.

I haven't found anything else either. At least here on LL, it seems that Bannerlord like many other non-Bethesda games, isn't popular or interesting enough for modders to consider working on it. Or maybe there are some limitations that make anything more sophisticated too difficult to pull off?

 

I really don't know. But it's a shame, because Bannerlord is a nice game with quite a lot of regular mods already available.

Issue with Bannerlord at the moment is that mostly every new update to the base game will break mods. Even if people lay down the foundation, they have to be fixed whenever a small patch or big update comes out. Even many of the popular total conversions modding teams barely have a product since there's so much to do on a new engine.
