Animation Speed Controller for SE?

Does anyone know any alternative plugin? I don't know how to port script mods. I saw a comment suggesting to use SGTM command instead but I don't want to speed up/slow down the entire game and I read that it causes issues.

 

Also if anyone knows if the mod has now become completely incompatible with current sexlab or skyrim versions. I am looking up guides how to port scripts mods specifically for this but if its actually impossible to implement this mod now because of updates or whatever then I wouldn't bother.

The issue with porting that specific mod is the SKSE plugin. It uses ASM code for its functions which is apparently no longer supported by x64 compilers. You would need to learn what that ASM code does, copy its functionality in C++ and then compile that plugin.
