CTD when trying to start a new game and another problem

I recently had to take my computer back to factory settings and reinstall oblivion and the various mods.  This time around I'm trying a couple of new ones.  Wrye Bash is giving the green light that everything is ok and everything is in proper load order with BOSS.  I can start up a saved game just fine.  However every time I try to start a new game I crash to the desktop.

 

I have also bash patched the one's that wrye bash and boss have said were mergeable.

 

The second problem is that when I go to draw a weapon I get stuck in an endless animation loop of drawing the weapon and not sure why that is.

 

Currently using obse v0020 and have the plugins for the vipcxj high heels system.

Look in your load order

The "A CM Partner - Caitlynn (Sonnet Remix).esp" needs a Master file ! !

Delinquent MASTER: Nec-Character_Sonnet_Mature.esp

Place "A CM Partner - Caitlynn (Sonnet Remix).esp" under "Nec-Character_Sonnet_Mature.esp"

 

Are you sure that is the BOSS load order?

clothes and armor Mods so low in the Load order? ZKECBustierDress.esp, R18PN - Bs Bondage.esp,  Chapel Shop.esp, Clit Rings.esp, Blue and White.esp, Gonzo Courtesan Armor.esp

They should be higher in the Load order, like Hentai Compilation.esp and ArynnsDrowWitchHGEC.esp

Also quest mods should be above MBP.

Mods that BOSS do not know/sort you must sort manually ! Don't let them at the end of the Load order.

Yes this is the load order that boss put them in.  As to sorting them manually I'll be the first to admit I have no idea how to do that or what order to put them in.  I mean I know how to change the load order in wrye bash.  However I would have no idea where to place them at.

Ok I reordered the sonnet esps like you said and still ctd on starting a new game.

That is not BOSS my BOSS place the TRoN.esp above VipCxj_HighHeels.esp. (ok that do not cause CTD)

Manually sorting, place your armor/clothes Mods above and under Hentai Compilation.esp (alphabetically)

The quest mods above Knights.esp

 

Have you try a new game without SkipTutorialv3.esp?

 

A lot of mods I do not know. ViconiaChapterTwo.esp ? What's with chapter 1?

 

And your Bashed Patch, 0.esp? If there are any of the lower mods in the bashed patch the Bashed Patch, 0.esp should be under these ESPs. Place it at the end of your Load order.

When I went to download it it said that everything previous was in the chapter two version so that is what I downloaded.

 

I will try to reorder them as you have suggested and let you know

The manual load order fixed it.  I bow to your expertise.  I was about to just unistall all of it and be done.  Thank you very much.
