Problems with mounted archery

Whenever I'm using a bow on horseback the crosshire seems to lower itself down, along with the camera angle, to where I can't see where or what I'm firing at. I'm using a custom race, Lunari race, if this helps. The only mod I'm using that effects mounted combat is convenient horses.

it can be more than just a horse mod screwing with it. joys of perspective happens to do that, for example. posting a load order would help a lot.
