Where is Raise Water tool?

i'm trying to make a pond. i lowered terrain. i search raise water or water tool, both go to the same place.

There's NO water option! WHERE is it????

there's grass, sand, no water! HOW do i fill the hole with water?????

You need to click on that droplet symbol on the bottom under terrain tools.

ahh thx. i was finding the water styles but not the water! ugh
