Difficulty Launching

Heya, I have probably made an obvious error. Sorry about that. I cant get skyrim to launch with mods. I am only trying now that everything is installed. I should have tried piece by piece i now realize, hind sight and all that. This is Skyrim SE on steam if that matters. I'm using Mod Organizer, I have run FINS and LOOT. I'll drop my mod list and load order down below. Sorry again for asking something that probably has been answered time and time again. Thanks to anyone who helps out.

Guess who had LE versions of mods and installed SKSE incorrectly. Yep, this fool. Its booting now tho. So now i can break this in other, still stupidly simple, ways.

Speaking of stupidly simple ways to mess things up, here I am again. SOS was giving me an error with the dll. I found a replacement here. Now after that I am getting a new error.

I am using the most up to date version of SKSE. I have the replacement mod overriding the dll in SOS. Is there anything goofy I am doing here? I dont know a way to get any logs for this, but if there are please let me know and I will happily provide them.

And once more I return. Finally the game has loaded into the actual game with no errors. Im still not sure what the problem was with SOS, but downloading the mod from the google drive link here (I can not speak to how smart or safe it was for me to download this, use it at your own risk i guess) Now I guess im gonna grab a quick start mod to get into the game faster. Time to actually make some progress modding this game.
