My favorite MM gender inclusive creator is Saurin.

Scrolling down Saurin's tumblr introduced me to Dizzy, who has some clothes that could be for your more hipster/boho femboys.

Windenbro works even though they are technically masculine

SM Sims/Kleos Sims makes good sexy fem cc that works for both. There's a thread on here as well, which is linked on their patreon.

Lastly, WistfulCastle has some fem wear but once again is meant to be a bit more masc.

These are a good start. Also, look at people's lookbooks that include more genderqueer sims. A good creator of those is puppycheesecake.
