Black pointed closed toe stiletto heels with double ankle strap [request]

I have no idea what that type of heel is called but I cannot find any mod that features these heels ANYWHERE. Not in thesimsresource, not in modthesims, and not here. But it is literally the heel that the girl here is wearing:

Sorry for the low quality resolution. I recovered it from a now-defunct webchat site (www.one2one.com) and that thumbnail was all I was able to recover (that girl; Drew, was not just hot but physically perfect on top of being a freak, which makes it even more sad ??).

They are a nice pair, though they are not exactly closed toe. Will download anyways. Will toenail polish show up?
