Horrible Harassment bug with Hrognir

Happened a few times in different character playthroughs:

Hrognir just keeps following me everywhere.

He has normal dialogue options but sometimes triggers HH.

Recycle actor and disable enable did nothing.

I clicked the box "reset quest" in the MCM but nothing happened. (I don´t know what it does, just hoped it did something.)

I have him disabled permanently but there are no HH events happening at all.

 

(Does anone know what the dangerous condition is in the MCM? Saw a warning not to enable it when I am not sure I really want it on the original page when I downloaded the mod. Right now I can´t even find the original mod page. It is not even in the files of the person credited as the original mod author in the extened version.)
