a mod/or patch Remove the loincloth/underwear from the playable rikelings/and falmer mod and add in propper support for schlongs of skyrim S.E?

I think it would be pretty cool to remove the loin cloth from rieklings and falmer from thier playable races mod. It gets pretty old and tiring avoiding looking at the crotch area for a while. It takes away some dynamic shots. If someone can please help me it would be pretty appreciated
