Hey guys i didnt play the game for a while so i thought it could be nice to be back to the game but when i start the new game i cant reach the main menu game wont open looks like its opening but after a while it freeze and crash and  this is my crash log i hope someone would help me to fix the problem

Starting a new game is done from the main menu. Your statement makes no sense.

 

Anyhow, assuming you actually make it past the main menu, your problem is most likely in whichever mod provides this texture:

textures\actors\character\gore\NeckGoreCap.dds

 

It may have something to do with this nif:

DecapitatedNeckFemaleKhajiit_0.nif
