Blodorn Posted June 13, 2023 Posted June 13, 2023 It seems I am sucked into every bad thing that happens to this game. If an upgrade is going to break some things in the game, it breaks everything in mine. This latest EA debacle is no different. I cannot load the game, cannot see it in my library, nor any of my hundreds of dollars of packs and DLC and CC. What the hell? Is there any way to work around this or at least get it to launch? I cant do anything with this mess and am about to just delete it all and say hell with it. EA is killing their golden goose by disallowing access to games we have all paid good money for. I for one, refuse to buy anything else from EA. Any help will be appreciated.

Danek Posted June 21, 2023 Posted June 21, 2023 I have some solution (not very good, but effective): 1. Before turning on Ea App, turn off the internet (cable or turn off the network card - blocking the firewall is not enough). 2. Start the game from the shortcut (Ea app will start immediately in offline mode) and the game will start. 3. After playing, turn off Ea App and close all processes in the task manager and turn on the Internet. 4. When you want to update the game, turn on the Ea app with the Internet.
korbe Posted June 21, 2023 Posted June 21, 2023 i'm having similar issue. can't load the game since today's update! ugh it is in my library tho! i will try to boot out of the app & log back in. Repair doesn't seem to help
